Best Soy Milk Smoothie Recipe!


Do you want a great lactose-free smoothie recipe? Well I am going to share it with you anyway:
8-10 oz of Organic Vamilla Lactose-Free Soy Milk
1/2- to whole Banana
2 hazelnut Splenda Packages (Right by the coffee on the coffee isle- Wal-Mart)
6-10 Almonds
AND BLEND FOR THE BEST LOW-FAT SMOOTIE YOU WILL EVER HAVE:)
